Eco-Friendly Mineral Make Up

Eco-Friendly Mineral Make Up............ Yes That’s Right, We Are Refillable

It's Essjay here from Bomonde and I want to talk to you about these little refills.

Now, this is the refillable containers in Bomonde.

Now, a lot of you already know that Bomonde is a refillable range, and I have tried to create a range that is as eco-friendly and as sustainable as possible.

Now, what a lot of people don't know is even though we get our containers for our cosmetics, our plastic containers and it says recyclable, 95% end up in landfill.

They're not all reused.

Using a bamboo container is more eco-friendly, okay?

But once you've got this container, you don't have to buy it again.

So 1., you are saving money because half of your purchase or majority of purchase is going into the container.

And 2., you are looking after the environment as well.

So I am going to fill my highlighter, this originally comes in a wooden pot, but I have now ran out, so I have my little cardboard refill here which comes with more grams in as well as being £8 cheaper.

Okay, so you have your bamboo pot here you will see around the edge you have got a little plastic lip,  now the best thing to use to open this is a teaspoon,

you put your teaspoon underneath and you work around the edge to lift it, make sure your product is empty when you do this.

Then you have your little cardboard tube refill with a sticker seal and perforated edge, you simply twist to break then seal. Make sure you give the lid a little tap to get all the powder into the bottom.

Then you simply tip it into your bamboo pot and press on the plastic sieve seal and you're good to go.

So there you have it, how to use your refillables, you will be saving upto £11 on your repeat purchases as well as getting more gram for your money and looking after the environment.
