Returns Policy

We hope you love your Bomonde products, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

In addition to your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition, including all packaging. For hygiene reasons, products such as foundations must be returned with the shrink sleeve and tamper seal intact. All returns are inspected upon receipt.

For returns made outside of the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the value of the goods at the price paid at the time of purchase.

Please note that items remain your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
