Your foundation samples are sent first, along with access to my simple video guidance. You’ll test your shades at home and, once we’ve confirmed your perfect match, we’ll prepare and send your full-size Complexion Confidence Kit.

How do I choose which sample range I need?

Simply choose the range closest to your skin tone — Light, Medium or Rich. Don’t worry about choosing your exact foundation shade at this stage; that’s what the guided process is for.

What if I’m unsure which foundation shade suits me?

That’s exactly why I created the kit. You’re not left to work it out alone. Follow my shade-testing guidance and, if you’re still unsure, I’ll personally help you compare your samples and find your best match.

What happens if none of my samples are quite right?

Don’t worry. Get in touch with me and I’ll help you work out what isn’t quite right and guide you towards a better match. The whole point of the Complexion Confidence Kit is to take the guesswork out of finding your foundation.
